Customers must ensure access to the delivery site. Handi Gravel Delivery is not responsible for delays caused by site conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any property damage caused by the delivery will be addressed fairly, but our liability is limited except where required by law.

Deposits or prepayments may be non-refundable, depending on the order and timing of cancellation.
